Every time we ship a new App, the first five customers become design partners. They get the App at a discounted launch price and that price is theirs for as long as they keep using the App — no annual hikes, no “loyalty” surcharges, no surprise tier changes.
In return, we ask for what early customers naturally have anyway: honest feedback on what's broken, what's missing, and what feels off. Put your feedback directly in the app. We'll make fixes immediately.
Design partners also get a real say in how the App is shaped — feature priorities, naming, the rough edges we sand down first. You're not on a roadmap committee; you're the reason the roadmap moves.
